If you are interested in a specific residential property, you may download the
application form and return it to us along with a $25.00 non-refundable fee for
consideration and processing. For your convenience, all applications are kept on

ASA Reality Management, Inc. is conveniently located at 11661 San Vicente Blvd.,
Suite 307, in Los Angeles and is open Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM.
Our competent office staff is available to serve you live during these hours.
We are also set up to provide round the clock maintenance during nights, weekends and holidays. All after-hours calls are monitored through a 24-hour, 7 day a week state of the art voice mail system. If your call is urgent, you will be instructed how to reach the mobile phone of our maintenance supervisor who will handle all of your emergency needs.
