HOWARD ALPERT

Howard Alpert received his Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University and has been a
practicing Commercial Real Estate Broker in the states of California and Illinois combined for
more than 20 years. In 1981 he founded and successfully operated Illinois National Realty
Corporation, a commercial real estate brokerage and property management firm specializing
in restaurants and food service operations, until the sale of his interest in the firm to
his business partner in 1985. Since relocating to Southern California in 1985, Howard has
performed numerous commercial real estate and restaurant brokerage transactions, was Vice-President
of a major commercial real estate brokerage firm, and has established a commercial real estate
brokerage company for a large real estate development company in Southern California, performing
both brokerage activities and training for agents. As a partner and manager in ASA Property Management,
Howard focuses on site acquisitions, client relations and administration.

ABE SKALETZKY
CO-FOUNDER & CHIEF PROPERTY MANAGER
With a B.A. from Goddard College, Abe Skaletzky has been actively involved in the
real estate industry for over 17 years and is currently a licensed Commercial Real
Estate Broker in the state of California. Prior to relocating to California in 1991,
Abe was a Commercial Real Estate Broker, General Contractor and Property Manager in the
state of Illinois. He has comprehensive property management experience and extensive
knowledge in managing day to day operations and contracting all types of maintenance and
repairs. This includes, but is not limited to, asphalting, electrical, plumbing,
painting, roofing, masonry and landscaping. Abe is an expert in formulating
cost effective, preventative maintenance programs for the common areas of the properties.
In addition to his efficient and thorough attention to the physical sites, Abe's hands-on
management style and commitment to ASA Property Management extends to the tenants and is
evidenced by his personal response and accessibility on a 24hr. basis.
